cdschmidt49@hotmail.com Self Employed Engineer Married 3 East Just prior to graduation, I joined the Naval Reserve along with 7 other '68' classmates, went to boot camp together, but diverted to a reserve officer program to utilize some scholarships and get a petroleum engineering degree from UW. After college and before spending 3 1/2 years on active duty as a supply officer on a nuclear submarine, I married Colleen Schroeder of Wheatland, Wy, the love of my life these 40 years. After the Navy, I spent 8 years as an engineer with Marathon Oil Company in Cody, Casper, and Rawlins(Wamsutter) before moving to Wichita, Ks to work for a smaller independent company. I began consulting in 1991 and formed my own energy exploration/operations company, Daystar Petroleum, Inc., in 1994, also in Wichita. Colleen and I have jointly rode the booms and busts of this industry, faced the challenges, and enjoyed the rewards of 27 years of entrepreneurial pursuits. We are presently in the midst of a 10 year transition in our businesses to the next generation and taking advantage of a little freedom to enjoy our 10 grandchildren from our three children by whom we are blessed. We are beginning to expand on more discretionary time with periodic work with global christian missions. Also hope to act on some ideas to write a couple of books someday soon. I have had dreams and goals throughout life but have been diverted by "circimstances" into other directions only to discover that, on hindsight, it was the better path and a blessing to me and those around. I have learned to hold onto my dreams and goals lightly, setting out in a direction but open to the leading of the Creator of life.
We enjoyed the 45th and look forward to this 50th reunion Send Chuck a MessageSend Chuck a Message

Marilyn Tegeler (DeJulio)
July 30, 1950 mdejulio@rgv.rr.com Administrative Assistant Widowed 1 East Yes Not always....but I'm here! In 1971 I moved to McAllen, Texas (7 miles from the Mexico border) with my husband Rick and baby son. McAllen was where my husband grew up and he said he was taking me to paradise. Well, it isn't exactly paradise but I don't have to shovel snow. It would be helpful if I spoke Spanish! Life was great until 1982 when our 12 year old son, and only child, Eric was killed in a truck accident while working on my Uncle's ranch in Cheyenne. Life went on as we learned to live with our grief. I have always been some sort of administrative assistant, but for three years owned and operated a fine dining restaurant. (Won't do that again!) I lost my husband to cancer in 2006. I have settled into a comfortable life with my many friends. Sorry....I didn't mean to write a novel. Much to my dismay I have never been very goal oriented.
I have never been able to attend the reunions but always enjoy hearing about them. Maybe next time. Send Marilyn a MessageSend Marilyn a Message

I have been married to my husband, Ed for 30 years. I spent 30 years with USWEST (QWEST, Century Link). 5 1/2 years with Amgen, a biotech company. I am not retired for the most part, except this part time job. I love gardening, cooking, sewing, spending time with family and friends. I travel to Lakewood once a week to spend a day in our granddaughter's classroom. She is in 4th grade this year. I have been a good wife and mother. There are regrets and things I wish I could have done over, but I love my family.

Teema Tuck (McIntosh)
tjmcintosh@lpbroadband.net retired Widowed 2 Central For sure! It is good! Had an exciting career in sales--hotel marketing, banking, real estate, mortgage lending. Lately in my retirement have gone back to my rural background raising cattle and enjoying my land north of Cheyenne though still live in Northern Colorado. Went to the Kentucky Derby in Louisville this year and to the Preakness in Baltimore. What an amazing time!!
I am looking forward to seeing everyone in August.  As our lives move forward and we lose our parents (my Dad passed in 1981 and I just lost my Mom in June 2012), our other relationships become more valued.  What a journey to cherish every facet.

September 20, 1949 vnblkrn@aol.com Outpatiet Pharmacy Billing Clerk Single East Oh yeah It has it's ups and downs. I moved to California right after graduation and have been here since. I enrolled in a data entry (keypunch in those days) class and worked doing that for a number of years. I've lived in So. Calif. for 40+ yrs, but in different cities. I've been in Pasadena for about 30 of those years and love it. I have an AS degree in Health Care Management, I'm a certified CPC (certified professional coder), and will be a CMC (certified medical collector)real soon. I also spend a lot of time as a Volunteer Investigator in the Missing Persons Unit at the Pasadena Police Department. I have been doing that function for 2 years and before that I was a general volunteer since 1999. I work as an Outpatient Pharmacy Biller/Coder at the City of Hope, one of the largest cancer centers in the US. We do a lot of research as well as bone marrow and stem cell transplants. Even though I have ups & downs, I manage to keep on ticking.
