Hi, I presently live in Westland Michigan near my 1 child son and family. I left Cheyenne to attend U of Wyoming 2 years then went into US Navy for 3 yrs, married and moved back home to Florida. I never was able to attend reunions but wanted to. My best to all of you. I have fond memories of you and our high school days.

Thanks to the Reunion Committee for yeoman's (and yeowoman's) effort over the years.  Ironically, I've had more contact with Jeri Burns (who is terrific says someone from Central and she went to East!!) than others and really appreciate the personalized attention (being somewhat computer illiterate and can't type very good!).  As John Lennon wrote in the lyrics of "Beautiful Boy": "Life is what happens when you're busy making of ther plans!"  Have a great time at this year's reunion--hope to see you all in 2028!

Hi classmates,  Our committee wanted to make this reunion our biggest and the best.  So far as of today we have MORE classmates signed up to attend than we have EVER had.  CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF YOU. The committee has worked hard these passed few months to provide to you a most memorable occasion.  Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Just wanted to send a big shout out to all the classmates that have already signed up for the Reunion!  I'm so excited to reconnect with so many of you!  Also to put a bug in everyone's ear to invite your class friend personally if he/she hasn't already signed up!  I so wish I could be a part of the fantastic committee - you all are amazing!  I just turned 68 and am always so elated to tell anyone who will listen that we all graduated in '68 and will be (most of us) 68 at our 50th reunion! Some Math wiz (maybe Randy Anderson) can give us the odds of that happening!  Looking so forward to seeing all of you and Cheyenne!  Stay safe and healthy -see you in Aug.!  Becky

After working on numerous reunion committee's, I know the amount of time that is needed to be successful. I want too say thank you to the loyal classmates that have given their time & energy over the years. I hope for a huge turnout at the 50th & am looking forward to seeing not only the familiar faces, but the faces we haven't seen in years. Have a great summer, & will see all in August.

OK class mates our reunion is fast approaching. I hope everyone of you are planning on attending our 50th.  This is a big deal. Lets take advantage of the technology we have today and reach out to all your long lost classmates. We are not getting any younger and I would not want anyone to be able to say down the road "I wish I had gone to my 50th reunion"  Looking forward to seeing all of you.  Ted Durante

Thank you, Dick!  It is always wonderful to hear from our classmates and to know we are appreciated!  We love doing this because we have the best classmates ever.  If you all didn't support us and come to the reunions, we wouldn't have the success that we've had.  We are certainly motivated to reach out to more classmates than ever before and so far our research has been positive. We have contacted many classmates that have either never been to a reunion or it's been a long time since they attended one and they are planning to come back for the 50th!  The 50th is a BIG DEAL, just like your accomplishments within the Kiwanis Organization.  Again, many thanks to you for your generous support throughout the years.

It has been a while since I visited this website. Great job keeping it current! I look forward to next August with great anticipation. I have been very busy since retiring seven years ago. I remain active in Kiwanis International. This past July, I was elected to a three year term as a Kiwanis International Trustee. Needless to say, between working with 20 high school Key Clubs and being a board member of KI - I remain very active.....and very young at heart. Cheryl and I recently enjoyed a brief vacation in Ludlow, Vermont, to hold our 7th grandchild (6th grandson). Grandchildren make life complete! Thank you to ALL of the committee members. I made the statement 5 years ago, and it remains true today - you are the glue that binds us together as THE Class of '68. I will see you in August!

Hi to the Class of 1968. I'm from the Class of 1969.  I was at East with you folks for 2 years.  I'm really impressed with what you have put together here.  Just wanted to let you know that your principal, Merritt Jensen, will be turning 100 on January 2, 2018.  He is doing great.   Mind still sharp even if the body is starting to lag behind.  Can't wait to share this site with him at Thanksgiving. Go T-birds.

Jeri, the web site is fantastic.  I have enjoyed it for several years now.  It is great to see so many classmates retired and enjoying their golden years.  Although I moved away my senior year, I still consider East High as my high school and enjoy seeing what everyone is up to.  I am still working but am spending a great deal of time exploring my passion of photography.

Thanks, Jeri, for all you do to keep in touch with classmates.  A big "Thank you" to the reunion committee.  This always gives me an opportunity to come to Cheyenne to take care of family items and to visit my sister in Aurora.  I'm still too young to retire so I keep plugging along building bridges.  Wiil see everyone in August.

After all of these years, I still wonder why Debbie White's hair was so white and Linda Larsen's hair so red, back in those days of high school???  And why Becky Novick's hair was so long in her senior picture when it was cut it a bob all the other times?  And speaking of Bobs, I wonder what Bob Ghan did with his decorative bath tub he had in college?  And speaking of college, Randy has decided to retire after practicing S & M (statistics and mathematics!) at the collegiate level for the last forty years.  I think that he finally became tired of telling the same old tasteless jokes to hostile statistics students semester after semester~~the ones that couldn't tell a sample mean from a standard deviation!  With much anticipation (and a few new metal body parts), I can tell you that Randy is very much looking forward to this summer's reunion.  A special shoutout to the Committee: Without the continued effort of the Reunion committee, none of this would have ever happened.  i especially appreciate the continued contact from Jeri Olsen (even though she did attend East High School!).  See you all in August!!  ~~Randy

Jeri, GREAT Web site.  I am so glad you "coaxed" me into joining the committee.  Guess after I retired I no longer could use that excuse of being too busy working. Now I am twice as busy living retirement?  I urge ALL my class mates to attend our 45th reunion. As I get older, I find my friends (classmates) and family to be one of the most important parts of my life.
